This may mean that you are given a credit towards a qualification you wish to achieve and you don't waste time covering things you already know. The way in which you have learnt something isn't necessarily important. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) places an emphasis on assessment. This can happen in a number of ways:
- A collection of evidence you present to us (portfolio)
- Challenge testing
- Direct observation of your work
Find out more about RPL now - Get the Credit You Deserve. You can also get a copy of the RPL Candidate Self-Assessment Guide from Student Services, or download a copy here. |
